Empowering Hands Initiative Successfully trains 24 women and youth in 3 skills Empowering Hands Initiative (EHi) under its skills development program successfully concluded a training on 30 th April 2021 funded by Privatization Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) under the Skills Development Facility grant. The 3 months project commenced on 7 th December 2020 and ended 30 th April 2021 under Ref Code: W2/02/14430268/2019. The training targeted women and youths in the community of Nalufenya A, Jinja district. The skills training aimed at economically empowering women and youths in Jinja Municipal Council, Mpumudde/Kimaka Division. A total of 24 women and youths participants were trained by trainers from Royal Academy of Art and Design in 3 activities which included:   i.              8 women and youths in the production of Eco – friendly cooking bags ii.     8 women and youths in the production of women’s cross bags and other multipurpose bags iii.           8 women and youths i
